Bathroom Remodel Yields Great Results!

I didn't realize how much stuff I crammed into my bathroom's vanity cabinets and drawers till I had to move all of it out for a bathroom remodel. Indeed, the underbelly of the vanity seemed to be a version of the Island of Misfit Toys. There was a dust covered scale that I stubbornly refused to ever use; the holiday-scented soaps I had gotten as a Christmas present years ago that never left their box; the aspirin bottle that I believe moved with me into my house nine years ago. This is just scratching the service of what I excavated. I wedged some of it between stacks of towels in the second bathroom and sent a lot of it to the hollows of the green garbage bin. A new bathroom called for a clean sweep.

It took three weeks but the bathroom transformed from this:

Into this:

And along the way it looked blown up, then slightly patched together and then for a week the bathroom paused just at the finish line before it hurled across the line and was completed.

I love it.

A few more photos to show the room's transformation.
